Find and evaluate EVE market trades

Eve Valkenberg is a local desktop application for station trading, regional arbitrage, portfolio review and contract valuation. It combines ESI market data with your capital, fees, assets and risk limits to identify trades you can actually review and execute in EVE.

What EV currently analyses

  1. 01

    Regional Market Browser

Browse complete retained public order books for the five main trade-hub regions. Filter and sort items by prices, after-cost profit, ROI, liquidity, sale time and risk.

  2. 02

    Hub Trades

Compare Jita, Amarr, Dodixie, Hek and Rens in either direction. EV includes fees, available order depth, cargo volume, high-sec jumps and estimated turnover.

  3. 03

    Chart View

Review regional price and volume history, current order books, moving averages, Donchian channels, trade-quality checks and deterministic buy or sell signals.

  4. 04

    Valkenberg Picks

Build a short list from your available capital, minimum profit, ROI, acceptable sale time, risk tolerance, hauling preference and position limit.

  5. 05

    My Assets

Combine multiple characters, assets, orders and wallet activity. Apply the selected character’s skills and standings to fees, and rank completed trades by realised ISK per holding hour.

  6. 06

    Appraisal and contracts

Value pasted item lists and public item-exchange contracts against current market depth. Compare immediate liquidation with a fee-adjusted patient sale.

Where EV differs

Many EVE tools provide price tables or a raw spread. EV keeps those details, but adds the user and execution checks needed to decide whether the apparent opportunity is practical.

User-specific costs
EV can use a connected character’s accounting, broker-relations and standings evidence instead of applying one generic fee assumption to every user.
Execution checks
A large headline spread is not treated as sufficient evidence. EV also checks order depth, fees, liquidity, price stability, anomaly risk, cargo and route constraints.
Useful result sizes
Simple Mode ranks trades against your wallet and targets, then returns a small shortlist. Full market tables remain available when you want the raw results.
Portfolio feedback
EV connects current opportunities with what your characters own, what they already have on order and which completed trades produced the best returns.
Local storage
Market caches, character evidence and assistant settings are retained on your computer rather than in a Valkenberg user account.

Your data stays on your computer

EV runs locally and stores its SQLite database, ESI cache, character evidence and preferences in your operating system’s application-data folder. It connects directly to CCP and, if enabled, your selected assistant provider. The Valkenberg website does not receive that data.
